My priority is Jesus. My goals are to win souls, to live abundantly and to pay my bills on time, in that order.

Tin Roof

I woke up at 1 PM today. I actually got some rest.


It feels good knowing I can at least pay the balance of what I owe for May today, as soon as I can get out of here and go to the bank.


Last night was slow. I didn't think I was going to be able to do it, but as soon as I decided to go home and keep the apps on, hoping to make money before bedtime, the Uber app started pinging.


I guess all of the other drivers finally decided to call it a night and leave me the business, because it didn't stop until I had earned what I needed to earn. At 10 pm, after staying out there for 7 hours, I still needed to make $80. I earned it all in less than 3 hours.


It was as if God said, "Here you go. I have what you need. Take it."


Thank You, Jesus!


Now, I have to make the Car payment ($421) and my Car maintenance payment ($31) by the 27th. I already have the $31.


Then I can start working on 1st of the month bills and health insurance. I am a few days ahead of what I was last month, so I think I can manage - as long as my car keeps running well.


Lord, God of All Blessings, Owner of All that Is,


Thank You for raining down Your blessings on me last night. I pray that You will do it again and again until I am out from under this debt bondage.


You have helped me, thus far, to meet every goal I have had right on time. I pray that You continue to do so!


Thank You for giving me another day to get it right. Make me better today than I was yesterday. Hear my prayer, and answer according to my needs. Only You know what I need the most at any given moment.


Lead me, guide me, show me the way.


Be with my children and my lists.


Help me to bring a little bit of Heaven down to earth through Christ Jesus - and Lord, let it be like rain on a tin roof.


In Jesus's Holy Name, in whom I am so thankful for the Salvation offered and accepted through Him, Amen!
