Hello, I'm Shonda Ponder. I am a self-employed courier and taxi driver.

I am a Christian and a Conservative American and native Texan.

My priority is Jesus. My goals are to win souls, to live abundantly and to pay my bills on time, in that order.

I look forward to communicating with you all!

The Greatness of Our God

I woke up at 9:40 AM this morning. I have clean clothes start the week out with, and I am eating Pork Roast, potato Salad and cole slaw for breakfast. I didn't fix any of the baked beans.

It was a grocery order that showed up at my door last night, and I still don't know who it was from, but I am thankful for it.

I am trying to figure out what to do with my dogs, because my plans fell through, and I have no where for them to go when I start on my mission in December. I love them too much to put them away in a shelter. They are home dogs, not shelter dogs. They need a good home. Somewhere they will be loved as much as I love them, at least.

I know God will make a way. We'll see as the "hour" approaches.

I may be resigned to keeping my apartment and finding a dog sitter for them. That is going to cost me. I don't know if I will be able to afford that doing what I will be doing.

Just another obstacle Satan has placed in my path. God will take care of it, if He wants me to do what He has called me to do.

But, I need dog cages. If anyone has any they would like to donate, please let me know. Maybe I can take them with me and leave them in the motel when I go out to work. I won't be able to sleep in my car, but I'll at least still be able to travel that way.

Well, it's a new week, and I have bills to pay, still, so time to get ready for work.

Thank You, Lord, for the great dinner You provided me last night. You have made a way for me to pay my bills and to eat. I have clean clothes and my dogs are safe with me. I have a car to drive until I can get mine back. I have my medication for my arthritis. What more could I ask for?

Lord, I am going to do everything in my power to move forward with what You have called me to do. I am asking You to pave the way before me. And, give me the opportunity to do here what I will be doing out there until then.

Keep me safe and make today profitable, both for You and for me.

Keep my children safe, where ever they are, draw them close to You and put it in their hearts to follow You and be the children YOU would have them be for You. Whatever it takes. Show them the love and care You have shown me.

Keep my lists short and provide for all their needs. And bless greatly all those who have been Your hands and feet for me. And bless me abundantly, that I may do the same for someone else, eventually, and use me where I am.

In Jesus's Holy Name I pray, Amen.

Ephesians Chapter 3

14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,

16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,

18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;

19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
