Rise Up
Good Sunday Morning!
I woke up at 9 AM this morning. It is a new work week.
Yesterday, I did absolutely nothing, except go through my plastic mail tote for tax stuff. I spent about an hour and a half on it, and I still probably have about 30 more minutes to go to finish looking through it all, but there is a big dent in it.
I watched all of Yellowstone that was available, and all of 9-1-1 Lone Star, and an episode of Legions.
I made tea for today.
Today, I have to go to the bank and drop off my deposit in the night deposit box for bills to come out tomorrow. I don't have enough. I would have enough, but paying $245 a week on a car rental is killing me.
Back to working my behind off for the next week.
With Jesus, I have no choice but to Rise Up.
Dear Lord, You know my needs. You are good, all the time. You are my sole Provider. My dependence is on You alone.
Right now, I am in need for my daily bread. I will eat, Lord, but I will be behind on my bills, once again. Help me to pay my bills so that I am not behind. Be with the car that is in the shop that needs a transmission and get that worked on as soon as possible so that my provision is better.
Please let there be a break-through so that my transmission, that is back-ordered, will show up finally wth in the next few days rather than next month.
Help me with my needs today, Lord. Let today be profitable, both for You and for me.
Be with my children and my lists, Lord.
Lord, this world is starting to look more and more like a nightmare I want to wake up from. I am so weary, right now. I need Your rest.
In Jesus's Holy Name, I pray, Amen!

“For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.”
