Me and Bob

I went to get my tires aired up first thing this morning, then I went and got gas, then I turned on GrubHub.

Grub Hub made me mad today. First run was picking up at BK on Lake Drive and driving it all the way to Maud, TX. I only got paid $11.75 for that run. To drop off and back was a total of 28 miles. I did the run, then immediately turned Grub Hub off.

I went and had my labs done.

Then I turned on Uber. I figured I'd just apologize for Bob today.

Then, a lady with a walker needed a ride. I got out of the car to help put her walker in the trunk, but the trunk refused to open. I tried all the buttons. It is locked and I can't get it open. She had to ride with the walker in her lap.

I made $68 today.

On the last ride, I told the guys in the back,

"Meet Bob. He's my big, battery-operated, boyfriend. Just like any boyfriend, he gets gas all the time. But, he loves me in the driver's seat; he gets me off to anywhere I want to go; and if I treat him right, he'll even pay my bills for me.

"Today, Bob is being cantankerous. He is griping about problems that don't exist, so I will be taking him in to see a therapist in the morning. When he learned that I was taking him to a therapist, he threw a fit and locked the trunk on me; So, I guess I'll get the doctor to fix that, too, in the morning."

They laughed. When it came time to get out of the car, the child safety lock got stuck. The passenger said, "Ma'am, Bob won't let me out of the car." LOL I had to get out and open it from the outside. I decided it was time to go home and put Bob to bed.

Have a blessed night!
