Let my life be worship
This morning I woke up at 6:30. I plan to work until at least 8 PM tonight.
Every time I come home, ASAP Deliveries App makes a funny noise and says, "We have orders up. Hop online!", calling all drivers to help out - after not pinging all day.
Really? We'll see.
Maybe adjusting my hours for another hour in the evening will make more money. I don't like running this car at night, but I'll do what I have to pay my bills.
I need to check the transmission fluid in this car. I hope it doesn't break down on me before I return it.
Yesterday I made $143.84.
Uber Eats: $36.83
Spark: $70
ASAP/WaitR: $6.84
And GrubHub: $20.17
Sure would have been nice if I hadn't spent the whole first part of the day twiddling my thumbs. LOL But, I did pretty good. Not $200 like I wanted, though. But, I can't complain.
Lord, Thank You for yesterday.
You always provide for me, so I know You are going to provide for me today. I ask that You watch over and keep the car in good running condition as I drive it.
I also ask that You get the transmission to the dealership that they have ordered for my car today, and that You be with the hands and minds of the mechanics as they work on my car, so that I can have my car back quickly, and in good condition.
I thank You for waking me up this morning in good health.
Lord, the first of the month is coming fast, so I need Your help to ensure all my bills get paid on time. I lost a week of work and that hurt me this month, when I am barely making it as it is. Please Help!
I'm doing my best, Lord. Last night, I went to bed an hour after I got home. These 12 hour days are long for me, and tiring; but they are the hours You give me to work.
Thank You, that I have work.
Be with my children, and my lists. Keep them safe, You know their needs. Draw them closer to You and show them the love You have shown me.
Most of all, Lord, Let my life be worship to You!
In Jesus's Holy Name I pray, Amen!
Romans 12
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
