If God is For Me

Today I woke up at 1:44 PM. I guess I needed that sleep. I've been so stressed, and working 7 days a week is wearing me down. But, it isn't so bad as long as I get the sleep I need.

Then, my work day ends exactly 12 hours after I wake up...or, at least, that's the plan.

I haven't been making that long, due to twiddling my thumbs in the late hours. And, my hours are rotating.

Tomorrow is going to be even later, because I imagine that after my doctor's appointment at 8:15 AM, I'll be coming back home to take a nap. At least I don't lose work hours from taking care of business.

I need to at least make my low goal of $122 each day in order to pay all my bills for the month. Anything over that is gravy. And with Uber and Lyft, I've been doing good lately to make that.

But, it's time for an oil change again. So, I need to work a little harder for awhile to afford that.

I made $986 for the week, which was $20 more than last week. I'm doing good. That's at least $140/day. That is not the $170 I made in 2021 each day, but it still isn't bad. Too many drivers on the road after the pandemic and unemployment ran out makes it nearly impossible to make that amount again.

I'm just thankful to have what I do. And, the more I pay on my loans and credit cards, the less I owe on bills. The amount gets lowered over time; so, too, are my low goals.

My E-trade account keeps my money straight, so I only spend out of it what I need to pay my bills, and I earn as long as the money stays in the account. Right now, I have less than $50 invested, again, thanks to being behind on rent, which I am now caught up on.

Lord, You are All Powerful,

I know that without You, I wouldn't have made it this far. I am still struggling, but my faith in You is immeasurable. If You fight for me, nothing will prevail against me. Nothing will be allowed that You do not allow.

Thank You for sending Jesus for the forgiveness and cleansing of my sins. Teach me to forgive as You do, and to love as You do.

Keep me sustained and healthy so I may continue in the work You have given me to do without hinderance.

Be with my children and my lists.

Keep me safe, and keep my car running well.

Thank You so much for being a Father who answers prayers!
