Hallelujah, Anyhow - Again
It is 5 AM on Sunday morning. Today, I have to work Uber Eats a lot to pay for my rental, since it is coming out of that card. I will be working from daylight until dark again. Those seem to be the best hours of service, anyway.
A friend sent me a little bit of money to get something to eat for a couple of days, so I have TV dinners to eat in my freezer. And, I have my snacks from the sack lunch and left over finger foods I bought last week (a couple cans of sardines and oysters left). So, I'm not worried about that.
My gas tank is full, too.
When I come home tonight, I'm going to start going through my paperwork and rounding up my tax information.
Dear Lord, You are the God of Success and Prosperity, and all other needs.
I ask that You make my day profitable, both for You and for me. I ask that You provide me the opportunity to serve others with what I do, as well as what You need me for.
Protect and Provide for my children, and draw them to You, whatever it takes. Be with my lists and keep them short. Lead me, guide me and show me the way, and help me be a better person today than I was yesterday.
Thank You for my day of rest, although I spent most of the day trying to keep my mind busy at home so I wouldn't think about not going to work. I need Your help with that, too, and Your forgiveness for all my sins, as You help me to forgive others.
Make my way safe, and pave the way in which You want me to go before me, and block Satan's attacks against me, Lord. We both know already I will never denounce my faith in You, so I am asking You to ease the blows. Let Your Will be done.
And, Hallelujah, Anyhow.
In Jesus's Holy Name I pray, Amen!
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
