Fires

I woke up at 10:30 AM on January 17, Tuesday. It was payday.


My account was overdrawn by $92. I would have to deposit my check by 2 PM. I prayed, "Lord, please let my check arrive in time today. You haven't failed me yet."


Then I prayed, "Lord, You are the God of Provision. Thank You for my breakfast and coffee and the tea I take with me to work. Thank You that I woke up in a warm and cozy apartment, with my dogs to keep me company. Forgive me for my sins, and help me be strong against any temptation to sin today. Please let my tags come in today. If not today, then before the end of the week so I can have a jump start on February. Please give me a profitable and safe day. Please do this in Name of Jesus, Amen!" I spent the morning Praising God with Pandora radio, praying for other's needs and got ready for work.
