Doctors and Veterinarians.
Good morning, World!
I took Milo to the doctor this morning. We are going to keep him on the Prednisone, but we are reducing the dosage. The doctor said it something he will have to take for the rest of his life, but if we reduce the dosage and he starts having pain again, we'd put him on a non-steroidal between doses to try to ease the side effects of having to take steroids.
My poor baby!
I hate that he will always have this problem, but the medicine will keep us from thinking about worse things, like what we will have to do if the medicine isn't working anymore... (I can't bear the thought!)
He seems to be doing well on the medication. He's definitely back to his bossy self!
I got a call from the doctor today. I have an appointment with the Rheumatologist on March 23 at 1 PM in Tyler, Texas concerning my Lupus diagnosis. She tried to set me up for February 14, but that is the day I start my certification training. I had her reschedule the appointment. Besides, I need more time to get this insurance stuff straight.
Still waiting on Insurance information. Maybe this week.

I am getting a late start today. I will be working late tonight because of it.
