Good Thursday Morning, World!
Yesterday morning, I left the house and turned on my Uber App. I was going to go to the bank as soon as it opened to deposit my E-trade money so my car payment would be covered. Thank goodness there is a 24-hour delay between payment and them deducting it from my account!
I did one Uber Eats run to Starbuck's and delivered, then I got a trip to Little Rock. It was 8:30 AM. I had to be at the bank at 9.
I prayed, then accepted the offer. I am so glad I did! God KNOWS what He is doing!
I got back into Texarkana almost at 1 PM.
I went straight to the bank, deposited my E-trade money AND the money I had just made (another $210), and then went to the library to print off my tax paperwork and fax the information to Elastic needed to straighten out my account.
At 3 PM, I went to turn my tax stuff in to my tax lady at H&R Block. Now I wait for her to finish it up so I can get my refund, which should be sizeable.
This morning I need to call her as soon as H&R Block opens so that she can have the information she needed about the cost of my new car that she requested yesterday, after it was ascertained that she wasn't going to get a Lyft 1099-NEC from me, because Lyft said they wouldn't send it if I made less than $20,000 (???) but she has the information from Lyft that she needs, as well as all the other 1099s.
I told her about my new venture into the call center. She told me to save my internet bills this year.
Also, I plan to go to Best Buy as soon as they open to pick up a new headset. The last one Walmart sent me was not working, and the one I have makes things sound staticky.
I am also going to get an oil change today.
My next bill is only $20, due today, for this website. I have that covered, and my next bill is not due until the 12th. I should have that covered as well; especially once I get the advance I asked for from Elastic.
I am worried about whether or not I should invest in E-trade, due to this war that is going on. But, I have about decided that I am going to do so, on faith. It is better to invest than to hold on to it, according to the Bible (Matthew 25). God will take care of me.
Well, time to get this day started!
Have a blessed day! (MINE, AS USUAL, IS!)
