Sometimes I get bored and gather news from people, groups and organizations to share with you all. You can check out The Ponder News by clicking HERE

Hello, I'm Shonda Ponder. I am a self-employed courier and taxi driver.

I am a Christian and a Conservative American and native Texan.

My priority is Jesus. My goals are to win souls, to live abundantly and to pay my bills on time, in that order.

I look forward to communicating with you all!

Car problems.

I was planning to work until about 10:30 this morning, or at least until the bank opens. I made enough to make the phone bill and one other bill due tomorrow.

Then, on my last run, about 7:30 AM, on the way to the pick up, the car started acting funny when it changes gears. I thought it was going to die, or that the gear wouldn't shift...regardless, it is a transmission problem, from what I can tell.

I cancelled the ride and drove it straight to the dealership, which had just opened. They gave me a ride to the bank where I could make a deposit of my earnings and bring my account back into the green, and then home.

I am not happy. But, maybe they can tell me what is up with the car by the end of the day.

Yeah, I'm sure they just THOUGHT they were done with me...LOL I know they hate me. Honestly, I just want my car fixed so I can go back to work, and if I have to pay the $200 warranty deductible to do that, I will, with no fuss, as long as it is fixed quickly.

I guess I can try to work with them on paying that money. If not, I'll be reduced to begging for help again.

I'll stand on a street corner if I have to. I'll do what I have to in order to go back to work. (No, not that...but I will hold up a sign asking for help with my repairs).
