Hello, I'm Shonda Ponder. I am a self-employed courier and taxi driver.

I am a Christian and a Conservative American and native Texan.

My priority is Jesus. My goals are to win souls, to live abundantly and to pay my bills on time, in that order.

I look forward to communicating with you all!

Car, Eye, Lupus, Insomnia and Fish

Happy Sabbath, World!

Today I woke up way early after going to bed after midnight last night.

I just couldn't sleep.

I am worried about my car, even though I know everything is going to work out okay.

There is a lot that goes into being in business for yourself.

Last year, I averaged $170 a day in income. However, after all expenses, at the end of the year, I only showed that I made $23,000. It's not bad, and it is better than what I made in the local diner, or as a server, or anything else I have ever done; but, it has made me think about how I can better that number.

I have a lot of work to catch up on this year to make next year even better!

I am going to buy another vehicle as soon as this one is paid for. I plan to give the one I have to my niece for her 16th birthday. (Shhhh...don't tell's a surprise...) That is, if it makes it that long.

I've made an appointment with my eye doctor for my annual eye exam on April 14. I still have a doctor's appointment with a rheumatologist about my Lupus on March 23 in Tyler.

Mom is having a fish fry at the lake today. I think I'll go.

Have a blessed day!
