Blessed
Good morning, World!
Yesterday, I worked all day in the Call Center, picking up "commits" that had been dropped by a large number of people - until I had picked up at least 8 hours of commits. I worked some "uncommitted" time as well. I worked from 9 AM until 7 PM. I made a whole $60.
That's at least minimum wage. I need at least twice that to pay all the bills that I have right now.
This morning I am waiting for a call back from the Car Mart. I let them know that I need my car back, ASAP. Without it, I can't make my car payment, because I use the car to make money with.
I was asked, yesterday, what I would do if I "won" a sizeable amount of money. After careful thinking, I said that, right now, I have bills to pay because I don't have my car. But, if I didn't have that I would either (a) invest in a second vehicle so I wouldn't have to go without a car to work in again while one is down for repairs, or (b) I would invest it in stocks. Stocks seems the most likely investment, being as I have doubled my money every month for the past 3 months.
Unfortunately, my money can't grow if I am using it with which to pay bills.
I am stuck between a rock and a hard place right now.
It's frustrating.
But, I am still VERY blessed. I have options. I am taking as many of them as I can to stay afloat.
Have a blessed day!
