This morning I tried to wake up early enough to go to Domino so I could pick up more from their food distribution for the guys. But, I didn't wake up in time. I was two hours late waking up. It was already 7:30 when I opened my eyes, and by the time I would have been able to get there, it would have been over with. So...

Prepare for the Passover! (Exodus Chapter 12)
God Inspires
Date: February 7, 2021
(This is written as if it is happening THIS YEAR: 2021. I realize it is not yet March. But, if you are planning to observe The Passover correctly, then you need to prepare for it!)
On March 22, each house should take a lamb that is without blemish. However many people who can eat one lamb is covered, so if the house is too little, then he can share with his neighbors.
God Commanded that Israel's "first month" be labeled as such

In Exodus, Chapter 12:1-2, God commands it to be considered the first month of the year from that day forward.
Today, the first month of the Jewish Calendar begins on March 13, 2021. It is called the month of Nisan on the Jewish Calendar. There are 30 days in that month in the year 2021.
Jewish Calendar
Shonda Ponder
Date: February 6, 2021
As I study the Bible in the Book of Exodus, I am reminded that the Jewish Calendar is different from our calendar that we use in the United States today. The Jewish Calendar is laid out by God, with all of the Godly holidays included.
Should we then go by the Jewish Calendar, rather than our own modern calendar? That depends on what day you wish to observe.
God has set aside certain days that He has commanded Israel to observe in the Bible. I have read nowhere in the Bible where those days are changed or given up.
Those days are set aside to remind us of who God is, what He has done and what He can do. They are there so we can have the opportunity to teach others who ask us why we celebrate and observe those day why we do so.
Yes, it is okay to observe our current national holidays, but keep in mind that observing GOD'S holidays should ALWAYS supersede those days and come FIRST.
Why I have Decided to do Rideshare
Shonda Ponder
Date: February 6, 2021
You may be wondering what changed my mind about doing rideshare, as opposed to deliveries. The simple answer is that I feel God is calling me to do it.
I don't plan to stop doing deliveries, I'm just adding rideshare as another opportunity. As a courier, I don't have the chance to actually talk to the customers. And, I believe God put me where I am in order to glorify Him.
